የብስክሌት አካዳሚያችን ጠንካራ ተወዳዳሪ ብስክሌተኞችን ለማፍራት የኢትዮጵያንና በተለይ ምስራቅ ኢትዮጵያ የብስክሌት ስፖርት ያሳድጋል ብለን እናምናለን። የብርታት እና የፍጥነት ሥልጠናዎችን በመጠቀም አትሌቶች በከፍተኛ ደረጃ እሽቅድምድሞች ውስጥ ለመሳተፍ የሚያስፈልገውን ጽናት እና ጥንካሬ ይጎናጸፋሉ። ይህ ዲፓርትመንት ቴክኒካዊ የቭስክሌት ክህሎቶችንም በማስተማር አትሌቶች አፈጻጸማቸውን እያሻሻሉ የተለያዩ መልከዓ ምድሮች ላይ መንዳት እንዲችሉ ያዘጋጃል።

Talent development in cycling is starting at increasingly younger ages. Through our extensive scouting network, we focus on identifying talents at a young age. Subsequently, young riders can receive intensive guidance through our academy, an initiative independent of associations.
Within our team structure, everyone under contract has access to the same developmental opportunities. This means that riders from both the main team and Development Team often race and train together. Each rider is offered a tailored training program with the ultimate goal of maximizing talent for both the main team and Development Team.
